Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TaraVastu. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Prepaid orders are prioritized and processed faster than Cash on Delivery orders.
Shipping Rates
We offer two payment options at checkout:
Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets): FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. No minimum order value required. Prepaid orders also receive priority processing and faster dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of Rs. 99 is charged on all COD orders. This fee covers the additional handling and collection costs associated with COD shipments.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5-9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 days. Remote or rural areas may take up to 9-12 days. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Prepaid orders enjoy several benefits over COD: free shipping (you save Rs. 99), faster processing and dispatch, priority fulfillment during high demand periods, and a smoother delivery experience with no cash handling at your doorstep.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch. You can track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our website.
Shipping Partner
We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. All packages are carefully packed in our branded packaging to protect your crystals during transit.
Shipping Within India Only
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at support@taravastu.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@taravastu.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and replacements.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our shipping partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery of COD orders.
