Refund policy
7-Day Easy Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, replacement, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories included (showcase frame, storage pouch, certification card). You will also need your order ID or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@taravastu.com. Please include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is returned and inspected, you will receive Store Credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used to purchase any product on our website.
Please note that the product must be unused and in original condition, original packaging must be intact, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged items, please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or do not fit properly. Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
We generally provide Store Credit instead of direct refunds. However, in certain exceptional cases, a direct refund may be approved after review by our support team. Refund approvals are based on product condition, reason for return, and verification of the issue.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@taravastu.com.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns may not be accepted if the request is made after 7 days of delivery, the product has been used or damaged by the customer, original packaging is missing, no proof of damage is provided, or incorrect return information is submitted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, replacement shipping will be provided free of cost.
